“A Perfect Little Hideaway”
We loved our stay in Suite 1 at The Inn at Mill Creek. We had a little trouble at first finding the suites, but that was because it is tucked in behind a building for perfect privacy. Walking out our door to look over the creek and outdoor patio lights was beautiful. We spent a late evening sitting in the chairs by the creek and were so excited to see a flying squirrel go right above us. So many beautiful things to see while we were there, but that was our favorite. The room was perfect for our party of 3. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the pull-out couch was comfortable. We parked our car the first night and did not have to drive again. We were celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday and we did not have a problem walking to anything. It was an easy walk to Mountain Grocery, Old Edwards Inn, Highlands Wine Shop, and lots of shopping. We loved the small refrigerator and ice machine in the room. The room was quiet and private, I would suggest for couples or families get away.
