The Allen Tate Highlands-Downtown office is located at 295 Dillard Road, just off Main Street in downtown Highlands, with convenient parking. The historic home was built in 1939 and was once known as the “Old Red House.” The office is home to more than 15 experienced Realtors serving clients in Highlands, Cashiers, Sapphire and surrounding areas.
