The Town of Highlands Recreation Department will host traditional field games, including Tug-of-War, three-legged sack race, water balloon toss and frozen t-shirt contest. At noon, the med vac helicopter will arrive. Once the helicopter departs, the Highlands Fire Department ladder truck will spray down the kids. Highlands Rotary will be serving hot dogs provided by The Highlands Chamber of Commerce/Visit Highlands.
