The Highlands Plateau Audubon Society will have a program featuring Ornithologist Georgann Schmalz from Dawsonville, Georgia. She will discuss birding and ‘How to become a better Birder’. Light refreshments will begin at 7 p.m. followed by the program at 7:30. The location is the Highlands Civic Center. There is no charge to participate.
